Miley Ray Cyrus born Destiny Hope Cyrus, November 23 in 1992 is an American performer, songwriter, and actress. Her distinctive raspy voice is a hallmark of her music, which incorporates elements from a variety of genres and styles including rock, country, experimental, pop and rock. With a total thirteen entries, Cyrus is the female artist who has had the highest number of US Billboard 200 Top-five Albums in the 21st Century. Cyrus's private life, public images and performances have often sparked controversy and received significant media coverage. Cyrus, the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus country music singer, was a household name as a teenager while playing the title character on Disney Channel's Hannah Montana (2006-2011). She was Hannah Montana's number-one and third-five top-five album, as well as the US Billboard Hot 100 Top-ten single "He Could be the One."
