Aisha jamila Hinds was born in America, and is best-known for her role on The Shield. Since her first appearance in 2003, she has demonstrated her ability in the role of actress with amazing performances on TV shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her character Anna in the 2005 movie Assault on Precinct 13. It was however her performance as feminist campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer on the film biographical All the Way that finally earned her acclaim as an actor. Hind also earned high praise for her role as Harriet Tubman's in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the series for a 3rd season. Recently Hind completed filming for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set for a release in mid-2019. Her father Krishnaraj passed away in March of 2017 after a lengthy stint as a scientist for India's Army. Vrinda, her mother is a housewife. Aditya is her brother, and is a merchant naval engineer. The brother of Bachchan co-produced and wrote the film Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. Arya Vidya Mandir, Mumbai was where her parents had been living since they moved there. Jai Hind College in Mumbai was where she finished her secondary schooling in one year. After that, she began at D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she scored a 90% mark in her H.S.C. exams. She studied classical music and dance for 5 years during her teenage years. She loved zoology. Bachchan was a student studying architectural studies when she won the title of Miss World in 1994. The title catapulted her into the world of modeling's fast pace. Additionally, she received the lucrative offer from L'Oreal Paris as spokesmodel in 2003. The first two films in her professional career included Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya as well as Iruvar. Bachchan gained prominence during her role in the New Bollywood because both films transformed the Bollywood film structure to the upside. This ballet-based musical reimagining of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan was able to bring both her glam power and beauty to her major English film. In 2006, she returned to Bollywood with the hit film Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan got married to her in April 2007. He is both a Bollywood celebrity and regular co-star.
